The Government reported on Monday that no agreement was reached in the hearing regarding the FATE conflict between the company and the SUTNA union. Therefore, a new meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, March 4th, at 11:00 AM. The Secretariat of Labor, part of the Ministry of Human Capital, stated in a communiqué: “Having concluded the hearing between FATE Sociedad Anónima Industrial Comercial e Inmobiliaria and the Single Union of Argentine Tire Workers (SUTNA), it was not possible to reach an agreement between the parties.” For this reason, the body led by Julio Cordero “called for a new hearing on Wednesday, March 4th, at 11:00 AM, to continue the dialogue process.” The Ministry of Human Capital “will continue to promote negotiation spaces between the parties, safeguarding employment, productive activity, and compliance with labor law,” the ministry stated.
